Publicly Funded Eugenics

[this was written at the height of the Health bill debate in March 10]

... In motion is a dizzying array of both legitimate and nefarious factors that might sway some votes. But the Democratic pro-life caucus is key, one way or the other.

Pro-abort Democratic leadership stopped trying to strike a compromise with Stu-PAC late last week, finally realizing, as House GOP Minority Leader John Boehner put it, abortion is "one of those issues that, literally, can't split the baby." (Well, pro-aborts wouldn't mind, but pro-lifers do.)

But along the way, pro-abort Democratic leadership apparently engaged Stupak in some interesting conversations....

According to National Review Online, quoting Stupak:
... What are Democratic leaders saying?

"If you pass the Stupak amendment, more children will be born, and therefore it will cost us millions more. That's one of the arguments I've been hearing," Stupak says....

"The Democratic Party wants publicly funded abortion available to the poor and minorities - so as to abort the poor and minorities. Sen. Dick Durbin was amazingly candid during a Senate committee meeting last July when arguing in favor of publicly funded abortions in the District of Columbia...."  A PETITION TO PROTECT INNOCENT HUMAN LIFE

Prosecutors and judges acknowledge that certain individuals have been convicted, imprisoned, and executed who later were found innocent by DNA evidence. They also agree that the false conviction of a single individual is an injustice that cannot be tolerated. So why do prosecutors and judges deny DNA evidence that would save thousands of innocent unborn children every day, but instead allow them to be intentionally and unjustly killed by judicially legalized abortion?

Our Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution provide equal protection of life for all innocent humans. They are the principles and basis for this petition to the United States Congress:

1. Whereas the Declaration of Independence proclaims that it is self-evident that all humans are created equal and possess the inalienable right to life and

2. Whereas the Fifth Amendment states: "No person shall be...deprived of life...without due process of law" and the Fourteenth Amendment states, "nor shall any state deprive any person of life...without due process of law and equal protection of the law" and sec. 5 requires Congress to enforce the Fourteenth Amendment and

3. Whereas in Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court declared it could not resolve "the difficult question of when life begins" and admitted "If...personhood [of the unborn] is established...the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the Fourteenth Amendment", Roe [410 US 113 at 156] and

4. Whereas it is the duty of Congress to resolve the question the Supreme Court said it cannot resolve and

5. Whereas Science has established beyond doubt that individual human life begins at fertilization and that DNA evidence proves that the unborn are indeed individual human beings, and

6. Whereas, the Preamble to the Constitution says that the Constitution is made for ourselves and our posterity, and unborn human children from fertilization are existing flesh and blood posterity and

7. Whereas the Supreme Court has previously upheld every Congressional definition of a person, even the fiction of a corporation and other fictional entities and

8. Whereas the Texas Legislature in 2003 passed legislation that protects unborn humans from the time of fertilization, except from judicial legal abortion and

9. Whereas the Supreme Court has upheld national legislation to prevent "partial birth abortion" and

10. Whereas a Congressional definition of a "person", which would include unborn humans from fertilization, is the quickest, most efficient and best way to stop the genocide of legalized abortion because it can be accomplished with only a majority vote in Congress and the signature of the President, instead of two-thirds of states petitions or a Congressional vote for a Constitutional amendment, and if either were achieved, it would still require three-fourths of the states approval and

11. Whereas the Right to Life Act would find and declare that unborn humans are persons from fertilization and therefore legally entitled to full Constitutional protection;

Therefore, I plead with you to co-sponsor and promote H.R. 618, the Right to Life Act, which will protect every innocent human being from the beginning of life to natural death. It is the highest duty of every government official to fulfill his or her oath of office to uphold our Constitution, protect the most valuable human right and provide "equal justice for all".
