There are support groups for those who resist pressure from many in the medical community, and instead carry their child to term.

One such group, Prenatal Partners for Life, was founded by Mary Kellet after she and her husband, Don, were blessed with their 11th child, Peter, born in 2005 with Trisomy 18.

This strongly pro-life organization offers support, information and encouragement for carrying to term with an adverse prenatal diagnosis and support for raising a child with special needs after birth -- www.prenatalpartnersforlife.org
