Four universities, which have Pro-Life Associations, had a very successful conference [6 Jun04] at Moi University Library Hall. There were about 400 lecturers, pro-lifers and university students. The previous evening Pro-Life Moi had a pro-life exhibition open to Moi University. Dr. Wanene [MB,ChB,PhD] gave an excellent presentation on HIV/AIDS and Vaccines from the scientific point of view in Africa.
The UCO, Jomo Kenyatta, Kenyatta, Nairobi universities and Kagumo and Kenya Science Teachers College, held their conference [12 Jun04] at Nairobi Univ. A pro-life march through the Nairobi Streets famous for prostitution and the abortion mill called Afya then took place. Over 400 pro-lifers started the march, which attracted more people as it went.
