In 2013, the last year data from Planned Parenthood has been made available:

— The average price for an abortion at Planned Parenthood was $451.
— Planned Parenthood performed over 327,653 abortions, which equals 897 per day.

[ALL abortions in USA, averaged per day: 3,500]

— Planned Parenthood provided only 1 adoption referral for every 174 abortions.
— Planned Parenthood, a non-profit organization, posted a total revenue of more than $1 billion dollars.
QUESTION: How can PP claim to be an IRS non-profit organization when it makes over $100 MILLION in PROFIT every year??

In addition, former employees have proven that Planned Parenthood requires their employees to meet abortion quotas, meaning they have to sell a certain amount of abortions every month.

Further:

— Planned Parenthood’s contraceptive services have dropped by 7%, and their cancer screening and prevention services have dropped by 50% since 2009.
— Planned Parenthood has performed over 1.9 million abortions since 2009.
— And their U.S. taxpayer funding has increased by 46% since 2009.

Dispelling the Goliath PP Myths:

Myth 1: the Videos released by Center for Medical Progress about PP and organ procurement companies are fake.
TRUTH: ALL the complete videos are available on the CMP site, so anyone can watch the entire video to realize they are not falsified.

Myth 2: abortion at PP is only 3 percent of what PP does.
TRUTH: PP figures this by counting every pregnancy test, STD test, breast exam, prescription, etc., and abortion, as one service; by accounting done this way, killing a precious life is equal in value to a prescription.
A good read for this is The 3 Percent Dodgehttp://www.physiciansforlife.org/the-3-percent-dodge/

(Analogy: “…Or Major League Baseball teams could say that they sell about 20 million hot dogs and play 2,430 games in a season, so baseball is only .012 percent of what they do…”)

http://www.lifenews.com/2015/09/01/amazing-infographic-exposes-planned-parenthoods-big-fat-3-lie/

Abortion is ‘only’ 3% of what PP does – but a HUGE percentage of the money PP gets…

Myth 3: if Planned Parenthood is not funded and sites close, women will not be able to receive the ‘essential health services’ they need / PP is NEEDED for women’s health.
TRUTH: there are far more federally funded health clinics (9,000+) than Planned Parenthoods (669) in the USA, which provide the same services but NO ABORTION.

— Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and free Community Clinics are a MUCH BETTER option for women than Planned Parenthood.
— They offer services to all persons regardless of the person’s ability to pay, and, unlike Planned Parenthood, they actually DO provide “comprehensive primary care services”.
— In every Congressional bill that has been proposed to defund Planned Parenthood, legislators proposed redirecting Planned Parenthood earmarked money – our tax dollars – to these FQHCs and community clinics so they can serve more.
— View/print out the MAPS that show the federally funded health clinics, as opposed to PP places here: http://studentsforlife.org/?p=13583

There are 234 Fed Funded Health Clinics in ALABAMA compared to TWO PPs!! http://studentsforlife.org/state-by-state-federally-qualified-health-centers/
Find FQHCs http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov/ near you, to help women in need.

Myth 4: PP offers mammograms to women.
TRUTH: Planned Parenthood does NOT provide mammograms. They are not licensed to do so. PP can merely refer for mammograms.
