Abortion Advocates Looked to Celebs & Anti-War Protesters for March (4/04)

ABORTION ADVOCATES STRUGGLE TO FIND MARCHERS, LOOK TO CELEBS FOR HELP  Pro-abortion groups had a tough time finding enough abortion advocates across the country to attend their national march. To get more people to the event, they have enlisted the support of anti-war demonstrators, punk-rock groups, & Hollywood celebrities. Groups like Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and the ACLU spent over a year touting the April 25 march, but relied on tv/movie and pop music icons to get more people to the nation’s capital.
