Despite the seriousness of the charges, the criminal convictions and the surrender of his license in February, Reich will be allowed to continue his practice unrestricted until April 14, 2006.

John Rivera, M.D., was arrested and convicted when he publicly groped a woman in the vaginal area while on the drug ecstasy. He is on probation with the medical board.
George D. Flanigan, M.D., has a conviction for stealing from the state Medi-Cal program and is under accusation by the medical board for incompetence and negligence in the traumatic death of an infant, “Baby Girl Rodriguez.”
Despite his conviction for sexual misconduct, Reich was never required to register as a sex offender.
He has abortion sites in Chula Vista, Santa Ana, Huntington Park, Baldwin Park and the Los Angeles area.
