Well, Planned Parenthood dispelled that myth through a tweet it sent out just this month: Planned Parenthood – the organization that performs a third of abortions in the U.S. – would actually love abortion to be “plentiful.” This is way out of whack with most Americans’ feelings on the matter. Even many pro-choice Americans believe abortion should be rare, not “plentiful.” Not so Planned Parenthood. After all, the average 10-week abortion brings in about $450-$600, and the median charge for a 20-week abortion is $1,500, so bring on the cash. 2) Planned Parenthood knows abortion takes the life of a baby.
